A Deafening Silence
In another post I asked a simple question about the battery drain on the good sam app and if steps had been taken to solve this problem.
(this is a widely known and commented upon problem with this app)
Three full days later there is a shameful and deafening slience from the "Care Team" about this issue.
I am a Good Sam member, Road service member and holder of insurance and have spent thousands of dollars in Camping World.
I think I deserve an answer.
