Despite what the brochure says or what literature you may read.
Does anyone really believe they can get immediate (within an hour service at anytime in any part of the country?).
My thought is During normal business hours it could easily take 3 hours if you are unlucky. Anything faster than 3 hours you are doing great.
Anything longer that 3 hours your suffering but it comes with the territory.
These are not cars or your typical passenger vehicles! The require limited specialized equipment to tow them.
When it comes to rate of pay GS is competing with 18 wheelers and commercial operators who will pay a premium for a tow vs. RV'ers who are not so quick to pay the premium rate.
Of course you could dump GS and start dialing yourself when in a jam, stranded along the roadside
