I feel your pain. No excuses for the poor service.

I don’t drive on weekends anymore after having a blowout on a Friday evening and not getting back on the road until Tuesday.

I had AAA at the time and they were beyond terrible. Couldn’t believe I didn’t carry a spare and informed me they were towing me to a gas station to get the tire fixed.

I switched to Coach Net but haven’t had to use it yet..

Also, count your blessings; you had cell service.
