Glad to be of help, don't let the iPhone intimidate you I am an old geezer who retired from the computer business and I learn something new about the capabilities of the phone every day. The only reason I learned about the GPS thing was the Good Sam agent asked me and I did not have a clue, thankfully the nice highway patrol officer on scene was able to get them from her dispatcher. Discussing it with a friend later he showed me where they are located so please share and pass on the information as it seems many tow jobs go much smoother with that vital piece of info.

Also remember when reading online that you will see a lot more angry and negative comments because most folks who have a good experience just figure that is what they paid for and never think about posting about good service, while an angry consumer will scream out on any forum he thinks might do some good. As an example read my posting in the insurance catagory which did finally reach a satisfactory conclusion but to say I was not a happy camper would be an understatement. Thanks to the help of a Good Sam care team administrator and another member providing a crucial legal term "Acting in bad faith" the insurance company capitulated within 12 hours of my post on the insurance subcategory.
