Absolutely no power

Hi guys, I have a 2017 Thor ACE on a F53 chassis, it’s parked next to my house on 50 amp shore power. I start it every couple of weeks, run it to normal operating temp etc.
today I go to start it and nothing, no click no dash lights. Everything is dead. Shore power works fine, all accessories in the back are good. Battery’s look fine, no frays, chew marks from critters etc. can you offer any advice on what I need to check?

    Make sure your battery terminals are clean and tight. A little corrosion can cause problems.

    Thanks, they are all tight and clean as a whistle...I guess I will start pulling fuses?

    Also the emergency start that lets you start it from the RV battery’s does not work either.. ??

    Most chassis batteries are not charged from the shore power. I am guessing that the parasitic loads have killed you battery. Put a battery charger on it, let it charge overnight and try it again in the morning.
    Emergency start may start the rig.
    Get a trickle charger for the chassis battery.

    did you possibly trip the salesman's switch to OFF? I do that all the time entering and leaving the MH.

    What’s that switch? This is my first RV, so I’m a newbie.

    Put your voltmeter on the chassis battery. Measure right on the actual terminals. Post the results.

    if your MH is so equipped...and i'll bet serious $ thst it is...it's most likely located near your front entrance, likely in the step well. you may have two switches...one for the coach batteries and the other for the chassis.

    Gotcha...yes that kill switch is on. Weird that the emergency start from the house batteries does not work either.

    i've seen switches where the power is off when ON is pressed and vice-versa. try pressing it and see if the power comes back. if it doesn't press it again and see.
