Absolute fantastic roadside assistance!!
Back on August 14 this year I had a total disaster by running over a piece of heavy steel road debris that was unavoidable. It bounced up into my undercarriage and totally disabled my new 2016 Winnebago Vista 30T. I was almost in shock and totally dismayed at the extent of the damage to my vehicle which at this juncture is still in the process of being repaired to the tune of nearly $10,000. You can read the details about that in my posting in the insurance category on this same forum.

The Good Sam Roadside agent who took my initial call was very helpful and understanding and while Friday afternoon in the San Francisco Bay area is a tough time for traffic and tow trucks she did provide one in a reasonable period of time and she also located and instructed the driver to tow me to a local repair facility who turned out to do excellent work. The tow job took at least 90 minutes in afternoon traffic and was probably a minimum of 35 to 40 miles and it was covered in full by my roadside policy. So my compliments to Good Sam Roadside coverage and I will most assuredly be renewing my coverage and would not go on the road without it.
One final tip for all of you who may need to avail yourself of roadside service, if you have a smartphone please take the time to learn how to obtain the GPS coordinates of your location. It is absolutely the most reliable way to tell the agent your location, especially when you are out of town and do not know local landmarks. On Apple iPhones just open the compass (normally found in the Utilities folder) and the GPS coordinates are displayed on the bottom of the screen. For those with Android phones (first of all you have my sympathy) I would suggest perhaps a Google search on the subject? I just did one and it appears the information is available using google maps installed on most android systems. Of course like all things on Android it is anything but easy but something one will find invaluable should you be unfortunate enough to need a tow.
