OK. So far I'm a bit displeased. At this point I'm not sure if its Camping World (NG's "preferred" repair facility) or the possibly India based claims agent who struggles with the English language. But I'm sure the TT is totaled as it has frame and water damage inside along with cosmetic and other damage (leaking water heater, broken awning etc) and the NADA shows TT is only worth about $7100 anyway.
Anyway, someone seems to be dragging their feet and Camping World is blaming NG for not returning calls and NG is blaming Camping World for not following directions to report the claim.
Ugh...I am beginning to see the need to become a P.I.T.A. to speed up the process.
I wish Liberty Mutual had good RV insurance....my truck is scheduled to be fixed this week and they have called me several times making sure I'm happy with the progress of the claim.
