Some final notes on the subject. After dealing with other people at NG I cannot say NG did not do their job at an acceptable pace. I can say with confidence that CW needs to follow instructions a little better,that would have trimmed at least 4 to 5 days off the process. I can also say that other folks at NG were very polite and helpful including my assigned representative in the total loss department who was AWESOME to deal with. It seems after talking with other claim reps and finding how helpful they were I was just unlucky in getting the one who a) had no personality, and b) didn't like to share information, timelines or anything else without me calling.
Otherwise NG was good to deal with, although, they may want to find some independent RV repair shops to deal with, because I would not recommend a CW shop to anyone.
