Sorry to hear about your problems. Since I have been a member of Good Sam's, I have also been a Stand by Sam. I have never received a phone call or been asked to assist a fellow GS RV'er. If there is a next time, maybe call a local Stand By Sam and ask for advise on a shop or tow company. Good Luck.
