This post doesn't surprise me. They left me stranded twice with tire issues. I switched to Coach-Net over a year ago and had excellent service from them.
In fact...when I had a down pipe break off the turbo and lost all air pressure in my coach, Coach-Net immediately sent out a tow truck to tow me to the nearest Freightliner facility. But, the nearest repair facility said they couldn't even look at it for two weeks.
When I told Coach-Net that I was leaving for AZ in 5 days and needed it repaired right away, they said no problem, we will tow it 120 miles further to another Freightliner facility that can look at it the next day. All at no charge to me.
Does anyone think GSRA would have done that to accommodate MY schedule. I'd bet money they wouldn't even consider it. That's if they even showed up.
To answer the OP's question and several others...Make the switch to CN.
Coach Net is no better. Had a flat, called CN, 5 hours later still sitting there waiting. Called back, they put me on hold, then told me the tow company said they changed it. I said they never arrived, I was then told it had been changed and they would not send out another truck. Thankfully I the ability to find one online, they came out within 30 minutes and changed it. I submitted the bill to CN, was denied, told they do not pay twice. Tried to explain it, they still refused to pay. I posted it on their FaceBook page, which resulted in no response, the post being deleted, and I am banned from even viewing the page. I have a feeling they all use the same trucks, but at least folks don't get banned from here when they have a complaint, try that with CN.
