WHY did they not send someone?
What REASON did they give you?
I find it highly unlikely that GS said "sorry not going to service you" and hang up without a reason.
I don't care "why" they didn't send someone. If I pay for a service then I expect to get it. I don't care how nice they are about it, whether they "cant find a tow truck" (their usual excuse only to be disproved by a customer calling a tow company) or what ever else they claim. Leaving a customer sitting beside the road is not acceptable.
