What we REALLY need to hear on this subject is what is GSRSA DOING about this problem. And to hear from them what they did for the OP.
That is the real issue here. Not why the OP was left stranded. He was stranded. Period.
Having said that, it would be in GSRSA's best interest to provide us with a FULL explanation.
They need to come back to the forum and "close the loop" on these postings if they ever want to improve their image. Despite what I have been told about their "success rate" they still have a big image problem on this forum in particular.
