Bad Service from ERS

Seems like Frank is on the ball!!!!

I spoke to Frank at Roadside Assistance and he agreed it was handled poorly and is going to provide a compensation as an apology and talk with the CSR about handling these kind of problems.

At least they do take an active role in seeing to proper customer care.

I think the problem could have been an inexperienced CSR. Once she understood that the rig was BIG, and they were going to have to use a big expensive tow truck. In calling around myself looking for a wrecker for a larger rig, I found a couple of places that towed the larger rigs, the charges were going to be something on the order of $500 for the wrecker plus a rather hefty mileage charge on top of that.

I believe that they were trying to get the cheapest way out. The CSR was calling back keeping me informed, but not finding anyplace. GS ERS supposedly has a contract/agreement with a shop on the north side of Atlanta that does diesel work and has a towing service.

Once they found Atlanta Diesel Service, it was about an hour until the wrecker showed up.

nothing we haven,t heard before, sorry for your trouble, if I was close I,d tow your rv, call back theres no reason for this, bet they can,t find a shop that will tow at there price?? hey mods help this guy out, NOW!! NOT TWO WEEKS FROM NOW.
