I did not expect a tow as both units were still drivable. What I expected was roadside assistance. I had a towing related incident. I had hoped for some help.
When I called to signup the sales person told me of the millions of situations that I would need them for and the like number of ways they would help. Not just emergency towing.
Did I expect too much?
