cancelled plan 4 months no refund

Bought a new REDWOOD 38GK 4 months ago sent the ESP to CW Robertsdale, Alabama. Have not received a refund nor any word after I was told to send it to the finance department there. Have tried to call but like others have said the hold button there works great just I do not have time to wait all day for Ms. McAnallay to answer the phone. Would leave a message but no one ever comes back to talk with.

  • Again thank you Scott for the call, on the ESP (extended service plan {Dave}).Thanks in advance to get the check out, This was the first time I've had problems getting a response from CW at this store.

  • Sorry but also sent in notice to cancel the GAP insurance also on the 2012 Montana Big Sky 3625RE.
