can't log into Good Sam

It says it doesn't recognize email address. However, when I enter my Good Sam number and try to set up a new account it says I am already registered.

Any ideas?

    Hi Rolin & AllegroD,

    I've PM'd you each your log in email address & password combination. You'll need to log in using that combination. If you've changed your email, you'll still need to log in using the email/password combination I sent, then you can go to the My Account section at top right to update your email.

    Same here.

    Suggest we wait for the Response Team to see this and sere if they can help.

    I also sent them an email inquirey through the "Contact us" at the bottom of the page.
