Combining several Memberships into One

Hello Marcus,

I'm wondering how I can combine All the Various Memberships into One . This would unclutter My Email Box,as well as My Surface Mail Box and in the process save You and I mucho Dinero!

I have a Good Sam Deluxe Club Membership ,a Good Sam Roadside Assistance Membership ,A Good Sam Travel Medical Membership and. A Passport America Membership. I also have a Fying J Card!

All have separate Expiry Dates and Renewal Dates which seem to change every time I open My Mail Box!

Can You not claw All these into One Common Membership Number ?

I'm not renewing,. the Travel Medical Insurance this Year as I am Already covered by My Extended Health Benefit Company and one of My Credit Cards which offers a similar Program !

It would make My Life a whole lot simpler to not receive mailings that overlap with offers for this that and the other thing!

You have already merged Camping World into Good Sam which is wonderful step forward !

It's great that Flying J/ Pilot are offering a discount although They are a wee Bit on the High priced side at the moment. They need to sharpen their Pencils to maximize the benefit for themselves as well as the membership.

So Now how about merging all these other branches into the One Card!

Come up with a realistic Combined Membership Fee and do away with the Millions that You must be paying for Distribution costs!

Sincerely. Rob

  • "That may Be so,but they are ALL a part of the Same Organization and though they may have different Suppliers , it should Not be difficult to merge all of them into one main Membership with a single Expiry Date."

They are not part of the same organization. They are different companies contracted to provide service.
  • As stated One Membership Number or Account for Billing Purposes. We should be allowed to pick and choose which services We want to participate in!

    Not Rocket Science!

I noticed that myself. Even with a 6 cent savings, another gas station is still cheaper. But if I'm desperate for gas and see a Pilot/FLying J in the distance AND NO OTHER STATION, I use it.
  • Other services only use one membership for multiple services. One access number for member services that are currently logged into computer data. Services are deleted or added as they come due or cancelled otherwise.
  • I have the GoodSam Club swipe and save card and GSRA. They both have the same membership number. They both expire on 5/31, but in different years because I chose to purchase two years of GSRA in order to get a reduced rate. I don't see it as a big deal since I've also opted for auto renewal on both cards.
  • You stated you would NOT be renewing the Travel Medical Insurance this Year so how would you delete it from the ALL-In-One Card?

Accounting nightmare to keep track of the current/expired options in all-in-one plus everytime you dropped (or added) a feature you would need a new all-in-one card.........then there would be the overall total cost of all the features/memberships coming due at the same time.

    All-in-one...just won't work.
Besides you would still end up with as much junk mail
"Dear Member. Would you like to ADD XyZ to your membership?"

This situation as it presently stands is totally annoying and it wouldn't take a Rocket Scientist to figure out how to make it work.
  • While this would be convenient, I don't see how it would work since the services are provided by different vendors and the initial and expiration dates are different on each of my plans. GS, GSRA, Pilot/FlyingJ, and Medical Assistance are all different.
  • Well Ray I don't think it is too much at all! What I am getting in the various Mail sources is indeed Too Much!
If this Organization wants to get Current they will start combining the various divisions!

    Now is the time!
