Not that it is really any of your business, but I did email him and am awaiting his reply. This may or may not be the last you ever hear of it. I don't care whether you are impressed with my style or not. The post was not addressed to you, was it? I have spent all day on the phone with either utterly clueless and helpless member services people or belligerent claims adjusters and I am in a very bad mood. If one single supervisor had been able to DO THEIR JOB and resolve this issue, I would not have had to post in the first place. It has been a VERY LONG DAY, so no, Mr. Lemonis answering an internet post in two minutes fails to constitute excellent service at this point, but he has the chance.
