And just because someone yells doesn't make them right. It sounds like the OP is getting responses, just not the responses he/she wants.
It wouldn't be the first time we've seen somebody go off because they hadn't read the contract closely, or because they were only (insert number of months) past the warranty period.
Of course, we don't know what the actual situation is here. The OP threatened to go 'scorched earth' with the actual complaint instead of just posting it here.
