Actually kinda refreshing. Its nice to see some candid threads on occasion. I have been there before with an RV manufacturer and it gets very frustrating. It took me 9 months to resolve my concerns, In fact they stopped making that particular RV. I hope your concerns gets resolved quickly. Best of luck to you Maxxine.
