I think we have all gone back and forth enough. It is our responsibility to be responsive and get it right. We are obligated to make sure everyone is happy. As for my employee they know I have their back and have learned to have thicker skin especially when people are frustrated. There is a line and when it's crossed it will be stopped. Lets focus on taking care of the business at hand. If there is a breakdown it's my fault and my responsibility to correct.
