I love it when a new member comes here and rant and rave about an issue they had.
It's a wonder no one what's to call him/her back. If all they are going to do is jump down someone throat . Being a bully does have it advantages, I guess. But wouldn't "kill-them-with-kindness" be a better way to get what you want and expect.
If there is one thing, that may be the only thing, I've learned in my 68 yrs, patience and a good attitude will do wonders in getting what you want done. A chill pill, or a shot of JD, will do wonders.
