DIdn't receive free night certificate

Question

Hi GS,

We signed up for Good Sam at the Indianapolis RV Expo in February of this year. We paid for two years at $45 (saved $5) and were told we would get a free night of camping each year.

Well, we have not received our free night certificate for this year. We have our Good Sam cards and have had no problem using them at Camping World, but we have never received the free night certificate.

If you could help me out with this, I would appreciate it. I know RV shows can be hectic so I am not surprised that mine slipped through the cracks.

Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me.

If it is the same type of "free night" program that we were 'blessed' with, you are better off without it and I wouldn't be too upset about the oversight.

If I recall, it was up to $25 per night. Hope you get your free night coupon soon. Worked fine for me.

Have been a member for 8 years and never received the coupon although have talked to others who received one.  Inquired with GS about that coupon last winter and was told that the free night (to max of $25) was no longer offered by GS.
