Did I miss something here? Good Sam is a roadside assistance service. If you breakdown, they tow your rig to the appropriate (nearest?) service point. Once they get you there, then it's on you to take it from there.
Good Sam did exactly what they are supposed to do. You chose to have your rig towed elsewhere and have it repaired by a non-Good Sam contracted repair facility.
Is GSam more than a breakdown service? Does GSam actually contract with the repair facility to fix your rig - much like a warranty? If not I'm confused where GSam screwed up?
