I am glad that Cheryl_B was finally taken care of and her RV was repaired quickly and easily. However, she does not have a complaint with Good Sam. They towed her to a facility that apparently could repair her RV. They also found her alternative housing and transportation while her RV was being repaired. They did exactly what they were supposed to do.
After being towed to the destination that she requested (the tow truck driver offered to tow her to his shop, but she declined insisting to be towed to the location Good Sam selected), she then changed her mind and wanted to be towed somewhere else. That tow is on her.
Good Sam does not owe her anything.
