Well, I agree that GS did their job. I don't think you are going to get your $375 back.
When we broke down last spring (serpentine belt on DP) Coachnet was sending us to an RV sales place that didn't even have a regular diesel mechanic. We had time to do an internet search before the tow truck arrived and found a truck service center at the same exit which would take us in and replace the belt. The tow truck driver said he would take us anywhere, so we went to the "other" venue, which was actually about the same distance. Coachnet paid for that tow, no problem and we got our belt replaced and on our way the next day.
Had we been towed to the first place and not gotten the help we needed, we would have had to pay for the tow to the other venue. In our case, I would have argued long and hard because that first sales place was not set up to fix our coach, but as it was, a little bit of research went a long way.
