She was towed to a shop sometime during the day on a Friday. The shop said they would look at it on Monday, which is the next business day. No different than if it were towed to a shop on Tuesday and they said they would look at it on Wednesday. Now, throw in Thanksgiving weekend, and I think this shop's ability to work on the vehicle on Monday certainly fits the definition of "capable and willing.' Also, remember Good Sam found her alternative housing and transportation. They did an exceptional job in this case. The OP just wants Good Sam to pay for her tow from the first shop to the second because she was not satisfied with the first shop. That is not what she pays Good Sam for.
