What a great idea...well great concept...I am a new Elite Member and have nothing but TOTAL DISATIFICATION so far. Every day I locate benefits that are supposed to be for us but I have to continuously call and request the benefit. I am ussually greated by a friendly person but I get a feeling that they do not believe me when I say I did not get the info, coupon or oppurtunity to take advantage of a benefit. I found a new benefit listed in the resent Highways magazine today...free Trailer Life Magazine...ahhhhh...I wish my poor opinion stopped there. I had an oppurtunity to call the cocierge line to seek assistance with a dispute with some warranty work done on our new camper. I explained the situation and was told that someone would call me back in 24 hours to help me resolve the issue...never happenned. The other day when I was trying to get the "free camping" benefits I told the person on the phone about my bad experiences. She assured me that she would have this elevated and find out why I did not get a return call. As usual...NO Call! How's that old saying go? "When the phone dont ring, I know it is GOOD SAM ELITE member services calling us back." Unless something changes, we will NEVER buy another RV from Camping World and would NEVER renew a membership or recommend your company or services to any of my RVing friends. Thank you for your time. Honestly I believe to get the same responce from this message...no worry...we are used to it.......oh too funny...tried to use your spell check on this message...guess what doesn't work......WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
