Does the pump run and just not move the slides or does the pump not even run? There is a method of using a electric drill to run the pump if it is an electrical problem. If the pump itself is faulty than you have a problem.
There is a screw head on the end of the pump that you can use a drill to operate. If the pump actually works it will move the slide.
