Thanks to everyone for their input. I drove over to the Hanover Camping World this morning and talked to them about it. They've had to do work on this leveling system before and have a Lippert-trained technician in their shop.
Turns out that there is a breaker in addition to the fuse. The fuse, which I knew about, was fine, but the breaker had tripped. Keystone ships these with an auto-reset breaker, but due to their unreliability and an inability to reset them manually if the auto-reset fails, Camping World Hanover had proactively swapped it for a standard and more reliable manual breaker. They pulled one out of stock and showed me what it looked like, which let me located it amongst the jungle of wiring and plumping in the compartment (Note to Keystone: Buy a label maker and stop painting everything black!).
I have to give kudos to CW Hanover. Their quick diagnosis of the issue along with their proactive replacement of the breaker on a previous trip there has likely saved me both money for a service call and time off from work. This is a pleasant departure from the otherwise poor to mediocre service that I have come to expect from Camping World.
Thank you Scott Blanc for responding so quickly.
