ESP Review Board- Denied Claim

Just wanted to update everyone on my denied claim. I was emailed by the Good Sam review board and requested the information regarding the claim denial. I forwarded all information as well as an email that explained my confusion as to why the claim was denied. The review board agreed and is going to partially reimburse me for my out of pocket costs paid to the service center.

I am satisfied with this outcome. Thanks
