Extended Service Plan - How long to receive refund?

I filled out the paper work ay my local Camping World to cancel my extended warranties back on July 2nd and yet I have still not received my refund and it has not been applied to my loan. How long do...

From what I've heard, they usually apply the refund amount due to the end of the loan. You may never receive a check.
