Extended Service Plan - How long to receive refund?

I filled out the paper work ay my local Camping World to cancel my extended warranties back on July 2nd and yet I have still not received my refund and it has not been applied to my loan. How long do...

Just thought I would give a quick update. Although it has been over 8 weeks now and still the payment has not posted to my loan account, I have been told by my local Camping World that the check has been sent to my lien holder to post to my account. So, I'm hoping that it is just taking the bank a few days to receive the check and process the payment to my account.
