Feeling good, and now cool too!
We purchased our extended service plan on our 2006 TT and 2004 F-150 tow vehicle a few months ago. I've maintained everything per factory maintenance. So on our present trip while traveling from Las Vegas to Ely our truck AC became erratic and stopped working. We spent the 4th in Ely and there was no place to get Ford service there. So on the 5th we continued to Mountain Home ID and then on to La Grand Oregon. Mind you we did this with no AC and outside temps close to 100. The AC compressor pullie was making a horrible racket by the time we arrive in La Grand.
As this was the first time to try out using our extended service plan I wanted it to work out well. I called the plan number and was told to take our tow vehicle to where ever we wanted to have it fixed and have the repair shop to call Good Sam. Well I took it to Legacy Ford in La Grand and they worked with Good Sam. Legacy told me that they had never worked with Good Sam before and it was the best experience of any extended service provider they had worked with. I got our AC fixed, a new compressor and parts plus the labor. I only had to pay my deductible. Now the truck feels like heaven and we are on our way.
