Follow up to National General / Good Sam Insurance

I, too, had 6 months of frustration with Nick and his clan at National General Insurance. Weeks without an update, communication, or direction. My claim finally got settled after our state's insurance commissioner became involved after I submitted a complaint. I'm now shopping for another insurer to write a policy for my new travel trailer.
