We are still sitting here alongside I-24 in TN since 7:47 PM. GSRS told us they can't get anyone to us for 13 hours. THIRTEEN hours. We were under the impression we were paying for service 24/7/365, not for a service that had banker's hours. God forbid you break down outside the 9 to 5 cheaper rate hours. I feel lied to and misled.
I think they owe us an apology and a refund.
