On average, it takes approx. 3-4 weeks for membership cards to arrive via standard mail from the USPS. Note that the cards arrive in a plain white envelope that says “membership cards enclosed.” We’re looking into the delay in your membership cards as it has been past the 4 week time frame. We will get this resolved for you.
In the meantime, know that you can print a temporary membership card online. And, Good Sam parks can look you up in the system to confirm that your membership is active. I will PM you your membership # just in case you didn’t receive the email with that information.
