GOOD SAM ESP

HEY MARCUS,

TRIED TO CANCEL MY EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN PURCHASED THRU CW MYRTLE BEACH ON OCTOBER 1ST 2014 AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUNAROUND TRYING TO GET MY $ 1481.97 REFUND SINCE THEN. TOOK ME 6 MINUTES TO SIGN UP FOR THIS PLAN ON A NEW MOTORHOME PURCHASE IN MARCH OF 2013 AND HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING ALMOST 8 WEEKS FOR THE REFUND. WHAT IS GOING ON???
I GUESS IT'S JUST CAMPING WORLD LIVING UP TO IT'S POOR REPUTATION OF POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.

PS PLEASE GIVE UP YOUR CNBC PROFIT PROGRAM WHERE YOU TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FAILING SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS COMMUNITY. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. YOU SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE BUSINESS THAT HAS GIVEN YOU THE OPERTUNITY AND MONEY TO BE WEALTHY.

WILL NOT SET FOOT IN ANOTHER CW FACILITY ANT TIME SOON. HAVE JUST PURCHASED A NEW WINNEBAGO MOTORHOME ELSEWHERE.
