Good Sam ESP Network

The question asked is what happens if you call a mobile repair service, get the problem fixed, and then find out it's not covered? Answer is the same if you call during hours and find out it's not covered. If it's not covered, it's not covered when they are open or closed. Reason I never purchased any Extended Service Plan. Just prolongs the answer you knew before you called. Pay and go on.

Yeah but roadside assistance is not going to help you with a lot of things...flat tire, out of gas, locked out...sure...but when you are in a park and your slide out is stuck, roadside is not going to come and be able to help you with that. When I had this issue, I was told to call a mobile mechanic....

Seems to me your concerns were answered in previous posts. As I understand it, the Extended Service Plan is open only on weekdays. If a problem occurs on a weekend or holiday, you make repair arrangements and call the next business day. (I agree this is not a good way to do things. What happens if you have a problem, have it fixed, and then find out it's not covered.)

Haven't been back to this site in a while since no help or contact came about because of my posts...
but, who is gara ?!?

This post confuses GARA which is available 24/7 with the Extended Service Plan which is open weekdays.

What happened with ME was they gave me the number and said call them...
Nothing about they are closed and it's just a recording, so I was left to my own devices...

I guess I misunderstood when I first signed up...
that with the roadside assistance and ESP I would get support...
but that's my mistake for now investigating further...

Learning a lot on my second foray into the rv support industry :)
but it's all good, I am more prepared for the next time.

SO for events that arise on weekends, holidays and before or after 8-7pm CT call the rapid response team number for assistance.??

Do they set up service or give you a number to call to set up service yourself.. ??
