Pulled into a CG had the Good Sam sign posted. Went in and asked their prices and asked about Good Sam discount, they said they didn't honor it? Looked it up in the Good Sam CG's and they are listed...

Went to a GS campground in Florida years ago, wanted to stay 2 weeks. Fine. Pulled out my GS card...lady said to put it away. Asking why...turned out the weekly rate is much cheaper than the GS "discount".
