good sam problem

why does a reply to GS_TravelAssist@GoodSamFamily.com bounce back?
The following addresses had permanent fatal errors
sure don't make good sam look good

    GS does have a problem with a couple having two different names.
    we like to be sure BOTH are covered for the various plans so we email them back with the email address they use. and this one bounced out.
