Good Sam Trip Planner - Can't Add Stops or Move Route

I am unable to add stops to my route, nor can I move my route. When I click on my route, I do not get the little blue circle, only the white hand that moves the map. When I try to add a stop, it does nothing when I click on it. I've tried this in Chrome, Explorer, Firefox and Edge. Doesn't work on any of them. I've deleted the cookies, signed out, then back in and still nothing. How can I fix this? thanks
