Good Sam Visa Card & Comenity Bank

Marcus, big fans here but your Good Sam Visa Card is 0 for 3 right now ...it's missing on People; Process and Product.

The recent change in provider has been HUGE hassle from a customer's point of view.

Your are about to lose our card ...and, I suspect, a good many others.

Please work your 'The Profit' magic on that division! It's begging for your personal attention.

  • Scott... not providing the answer to the question is standard procedure here on any of these "ask Marcus" forums. I guess when a problem is on a public forum, GS feels the answer is personal. Since it's their forum, it's their rules.

  • Thanks, Robyn. You and my wife have already been in touch by phone and email and I think you're as frustrated by the whole Comenity switch as many customers have been.

    I was just making the point that this the perfect situation that calls for Marcus Lemonis' personal attention to effect change the way he does with his The Profit partner companies.

    We hope for some improvement but we're currently shopping the Good Sam Visa's replacement just in case.

    Please pass that on to Marcus Lemonis.
