GS has answered him up above. I believe it should be on the poster to come back and say what is being done. They are the one that initiated the complaint.
With the thousands of calls a day and only one complains on here evey other day or so, then I call it good. I know some will say that there are those that don't complain. Maybe so, maybe not. We will never know if they don't. If no one complains, then you won't know about those that have problems. I'm a big proponent of saying that something is wrong when it is. If people don't make a complaint (legitimate) about things that go wrong or don't work out, then people are not going to know that there is a problem. It could be related to a person or location within the company. One more complaint may be all that is needed to figure it out and to take action. People make mistakes. When they keep doing the same thing over and over, then it is no longer a mistake and needs to be dealt with.
