I agree with the person saying if you need road side assistance 9 times in 36 months that there may be a bigger problem there. as with anything if you use it to many times it starts to become considered abuse of the system and yes they will typically drop you. that applies to about anything in life. in my case it was one time call and I am 45 years old and probably used road side assistance maybe 2 times in my lifetime and this being one of them and I sure hope I don't have to use it again
