Good Sams Road side Assistants Not Good

I just had my first experience with good Sam's Road side Assistants and not impressed. we were taking the R.V. on a short trip to a camp site about 80 miles away in the evening and we had some alternator issues. As I was driving down the road in the evening I began to loose all headlights and since we were in the middle of nowhere I tried to make it to the nearest exit to get off the road but was not able to do so. I had to pull over to the side of the freeway. I contacted good sams at around 8pm that evening. After about two hours of waiting the operator claimed to not be able to find a tow truck or anybody to look at/service the rv on the road. He let me know this and then asked me to contact police or find another way to get the rv safely off the side of the freeway and call them in the morning (they pretty much dropped us from there)He also went on to explain that on a Sunday they probably would not be able to get anybody to do any repairs as well but to try and call them. we did contact progressive
road side assistants witch was able to arrange a tow for us to get us off he freeway. the next day we contacted good sams witch told us we do have a repair facility that can help us and should hear from them within an hour. we did get a contact within and hour but instead it was from jackrabbit. the man from that point on was very helpful and got us to a repair facility. he then followed us up with several phone calls to check up on us. Good sams seemed more intent on making a few phone calls and getting us off the phone than really helping us. they also turned what I felt like should have been a few hours along side the road into a 3 day fiasco. This is my first taste of good sams and it leads me to wonder should I keep them or cancel. can I really trust or count on them pinch. does not sound like it

update from talking to GSRA
an answer to the question as to what was done. a representative of GSRA contacted me. Stated yes that mistakes were made. said he was quite embarrassed by our three day ordeal. In response they are compensating me with 150 dollar reimbursement for meals as well as upgrading my membership from basic to platinum plus for free.
