People are quick to bash GSRA because all we read about are negatives. Those that have no gripes have no need to post complaints. This phenomenon leads many to mistakenly believe that every GS call is a disaster.
I'm not claiming GS is perfect or does not screw up. But I do believe this forum gives a skewed negative view that is really not totally accurate.
GS may successfully complete 100 tows in a day. However the 101'st tow gets screwed up somehow. All we read about on this forum is the screwed up 101'st tow.
We hear nothing mentioned of the 100 successful transactions.
In general we know GS is far from perfect. (But what business is perfect ...besides "Chick Fil A" ...LOL!)
But the GS sky is not completely falling as some here would want us to believe.
