GS Health Insurance Questions

Question

Testimonial: Had a friend that was air lifted out of Mexico said it was very professional and no hassles at all!
Questions: He seemed to have a low cost 'policy' that got him (and his rig as well I think) out of Mexico when he had some heart problems. I was told that this coverage was a few $100 - can that be right (seems like a real good deal)
Is this coverage available for Canadians through GS? or is it just US people, and do you get sent to your home state?
Any info appreciated - sorry if this has been answered before - I searched health in this forum but saw nada

Good Sam does have the Travel Assist program which is a medical evacuation and assistance plan intended to work in conjunction with your regular medical insurance. Depending on the plan you choose it can be anywhere from $109.99 to $169.99 annually. We also offer multiyear discounts and it will cover you no matter what method of travel you are using. follow up my own question - I called the travel assist number and GS Travel Assist does cover Canadians and we can get 'shipped back' to Canada
