GS Membership Cards, slightly confused?

We received our "Deluxe" Good Sam Membership cards today in the mail. It did take 4 weeks, but we have them now. Just in time as we are going to another another Good Sam campground next week-end.
But I do have another question, perhaps you folks would help me please?
We received 4 cards in two separate mailings. One set of cards has in my name only and printed on them. The other set of cards has my wife's name first and my name second printed on them. All 4 cards have the exact same account number. So, we're a bit confused what's going on here? Why 2 different cards with the same account number?
Also, one mailing had one Good Sam sticker to afix to the back of my camper. The other one did not have the sticker. One mailing had more information about GS in the envelope, the other one did not. So, just wondering what's the difference.
One more question? How do we get more GS stickers. I'd really like to have at least one more.
