GSE*GOOD SAM RV ERS Charge

Gang, I’m already paid in full on my Good San membership and Roadside Assistance. I do not appreciate you attempting to charge my credit card at some random period in time! This is not a good business practice and it certainly does make your customers “satisfied” or “happy”! Please find another method for solving whatever problem your trying to solve. Thank you.

    It sounds like you were set up on "auto-renew" the last time you called (which saves in the yearly cost). I can see about removing this for you, please send a private message so that I can take care of this for you.

  • This isn’t uncommion. SeriusXM, does it. So do cell phone companies. Just “opt out.”

    You don't give much info but sometimes a vendor which has your card on file will make a $1 charge which is then removed to verify the card info is still good. This is done prior to an actual charge for something like auto-renew.

    This is absolutely, precisely why I NEVER let anybody do an "automatic renewal" with anything. No Way.....never.

    Don't do that again.
  • I see a $1 dollar charge from GoodSam also today... I don't have any renewals due until January and i don't recall signing up for auto renewal. Sent a cancel auto renewal "request"... its not a request. It is a demand. Thanks!
